Turkey Berry Brie Back by Popular Demand
Fresh sliced turkey with lingonberry jam, brie cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion on our fresh baked asiago focaccia bread. This sandwich was first introduced in our Flavors of the World series combining lingonberries from Sweden, Brie cheese from France, Asiago focaccia from Italy with USA turkey. Customers ask about the Turkey Berry Brie throughout the year. This year it is back!
Winter Pear Salad
We created a new winter style salad just for 2019, the Winter Pear salad. The Winter Pear salad features sliced crisp red pear, brie cheese, cranberries and walnuts on a bed of baby spinach. Drizzled with our balsamic vinaigrette, it is delightfully fresh tasting salad during the dreary winter days. This sald is great by itself, with grilled chicken added or paired with the Turkey Berry Brie sandwich or the butternut squash soup.
Roasted Organic Butternut Squash Soup
Our traditional Roasted Organic Butternut Squash soup is now served daily. This soup is requested more than any other soup leading into the holidays. Although we serve it year round on rotation days, it is just the right soup to feature daily during the holidays. Surprisingly light, this soup blends butternut squash with sweet potatoes and a savory vegetarian base and a touch of fall spices.
